   Linda Brooks received a Master of Fine Arts Degree, summa cum laude, from C.W. Post College, LIU, Greenvale, New York; a Master of Arts Degree, cum laude, from the College of New Rochelle, New Rochelle, New York; and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Cum Laude, from C.W. Post College, LIU, Greenvale, New York

Brooks' works have been shown in many juried, group and solo shows including museum exhibitions, She was awarded first prize in the 31st Annual Exhibit at the Boca Raton Center for the Arts juried by Ira Licht, Director of the Lowe Art Museum.  Her works are found in domestic, corporate, and international collections.

Brooks is also known as The Little Artist in the Big Apple.  She has illustrated several books written by her mother, Trude Brooks, including Outside My Window and The Adventures of Duncan and His Duffel Bag in Talkatoo Cavern.
